The Management Board of DECORA S.A. on the basis of §5 it. 1 point 22 in connection with § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finances of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodical information transfer red by the issuers of the securities and the conditions to recognize the information required by the Polish law provisions not being the Member State, hereby informs that on 14 May 2010 the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company DECORA S.A. adopted the resolution on appointing in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company Mr Heinz Wilhelm Dusar and to entrust to him the function of the Member of the Supervisory Board.

The repeated appointment of Mr Heinz Wilhelm Dusar in the composition of the Supervisory Board is connected with the expiry of his term in connection with the approval by the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of the financial report for the last full financial year when this person was holding the post of the Member of the Supervisory Board

In accordance with the submitted statement, any other activity performed by Mr Heinz Wilhelm Dusar outside the enterprises of the Issuer is not the competitive activity in relation to the activity performed in the enterprises of the Issuer. Mr Heinz Wilhelm Dusar does not participate in the competitive company as the associated of the civil partnership, personal partnership or as the member of the body of the capital company nor any other competitive legal person as the member of its body.

Mr Heinz Wilhelm Dusar was not entered into the Register of the Insolvent Debtors, conducted on the basis of the act on National Court Register.
