The Management Board of DECORA SA with its registered office in Środa Wielkopolska, hereby informs that under the notice received on 8th December 2009 made in Środa Wielkopolska, in pursuance with Art. 160 of the Act on trading of financial instruments, it was notified of the disposal of shares of DECORA SA by one of members of the Management Board of DECORA SA. According to the notice, the member of the Management Board of DECORA SA on 3rd December 2009 sold 30,000 shares of DECORA SA at the price of PLN 23.80 per share. The transaction was made in the session on the regulated market managed by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. The person obliged to convey this information did not agree to disclose their personal data.
